The continuation of the bouncing ball

So following my original attempt at the bouncing ball, I attempted to lessen the squash in order to make the bounce more believable.
I feel it worked and created a more believable bounce, however the light quality for these cells was different as I filmed them in the morning rather than late afternoon, to resolve this problem I just decided to film the whole sequence again.
This created an even light balance through-out the whole sequence as well as a more accurate bouncing effect.

The beginning of the bouncing ball

So to begin with the bouncing ball project, I was asked to follow these steps and create one standard bouncing ball...

And then chose and investigate two other materials that would change the sequence and influence the balls bounce and trajectory. When creating my original bouncing ball I encountered problems with the squash of the ball. I soon realised that the ball was squashing too much and this was causing the sequence to appear un-realistic

Hello and Welcome

Hello and welcome, I have created this blog to document my studies at The Edinburgh College of Art. This blog will follow various projects beginning with the bouncing ball. Then continue to follow other projects through my art college career.
